My therapist recommended I should come on SW regularly

She said it will help me become a more sane person.

What do you guys think? Was she ok to recommend this?

Hear me out. This is complicated, and requires that you first assess your own sanity on a scale of 1 (pretty darned goofy) to 10 (mad as a hatter).

Then read random posts for a day or two.

Then assess your own sanity on the scale used above.
