Civic sense, who should be teaching it to the kids?

The kids, showing disrespectful behavior and misbehaving. Is it parents? Is it a school who has the responsibility?

I feel the older generations who are much better raised that way. What do you guys think?

Why does it have to be either/or? Because this is a digital age rather than one where messages can be reinforced, and people work in tandem?

@dancingtongue it should be both. Because it is no longer a village to to raise a child.. it is now internet, our politicians who we put in the office. The influencers for the most part.
