Have you ever felt overwhelmed about the deficits/flaws in your life?
Due to PTSD, there are multiple things I'm trying to work on in my life to improve. Financial, social, romantic, health. Some days I feel overwhelmed, b/c I'm really not flourishing in any of those areas. And you look around and many are in at least one, or all. Then I get sad and helpless because it takes quite a while to turn these things around in life. If you've ever felt that way, did you feel overwhelmed at trying to improve things?
