Are you in a process of being seen...by others or yourself? Know that the entity underneath (depending on the length and durration of their birial, confinment, etc) may be rough at first, pale, gaunt,emaciated and frail, having been tucked away and isolated for so long.
But note that they have endured, though sickly looking they are a survivor, all you must do is place them in the open air and allow their roots to unfurl and watch them flourish.

Very good question.. I definitely have begun to become aware of this distinction lately. Of the hyper vigilant watcher I have had tucked away inside. I know it’s helped me survive, and has kept me safe, but it’s also been functioning through layers of performance and once that is actually removed, who am I beneath all of that really? @lovingdead
