All you can ever have are the choices that you are given. It's up to you to make the best of the choices available. And to make new choices from those same given choices.

Life is change. And only you can change it otherwise.

Retrospection is good. Yet only to redefine future choices or changes.

The past can never change.

I think there's some good to be found in everyone, your dad took care of you when you had seizures and took care of your medical needs so I think your dad did the best job that he knew how to do, and he's not here now for you to ask. I think you should base what you think about him on your memories and what he did for you, not what other people tell you about him. X

When you think of your father, ask yourself THIS: "Am I remembering my father as he really was, or are my memories being colored or influenced by the words of the women who hated him?"
