I tend to say something like 'next question ' to make it clear I don't want to go into that topic.

I don't usually get asked but when I do I just say that it's just never really happened with anyone

@unregisteredhypercam4 I find it a bit intrusive at my age (57) with two failed relationships in the past leaving a permanent btter taste for relationships, dating, etc. so sometimes it's uncomfortable to be asked about relationship status, lack of romantic partner, etc.
