I read somewhere that women want their love to fulfill a dream

Whereas men love what or whomever is there while they are feeling satisfied in general. So whats up with that in your opinion? No source sorry, and this was paraphrased. Nonsense or not quite or sneezingly obvious?

@496sbc absolutely but almost no women in my experience can accept a man at face value and will always try to changes/manipulate him into what they want and expect him to accept being never good enough while at the same time refusing to acknowledge or change their own flaws/faults/defects.

But then why have a relationship at all if people don't accept each other at face value from the outset? My second ex proved how toxic not being like that can become after I stopped pedestalising her once I realised she doesn't want me for being me.
