What is the oldest or longest relationship that you have established on here? Is it still active and is its still important to you.

Well you I was thinking of someone I met on here nine years ago. One of those is still active; and I really enjoyed the great topics they post on here.
But the other one is lost or gone. You think after not hearing from them in such a long time, one would or should be over them by now.
You know how it is when you use to talk with someone on daily basis you years and then you don’t. Years have passed but you are still left wondering what happened and where are they now and what are they doing.
Wonder if I ever cross their mind as much as they cross mine.
If you’re still around and happen to stumble upon this. I’m still around as promised.

I have picked up only a few friends on SW. That is my choice as the bonds here are far less than those on EP. Those few know who they are. Now I have friends from EP who came here and I would say I have known them for over 10 years! Some I hear from occasionally, some more frequently, and others rarely. Each of them is dear to my heart. Times have changed over the years and so have people and connections. I do not spend much time on here as I have other priorities now. I couldn't have made it this far without my EP friends and my SW ones as well. I think of each of them with love and respect and gratitude. I like to think if they are gone, it is because they don't need this site anymore and life has treated them well.
