What kind of transition are you dealing with or have dealt with?

How did it go?

I'm newly into retirement. It's been a bit rough.

Kind of like a mid life crisis. Trying to figure out life from here on.

It took me awhile to transition from working on machines to taking care of dementia patients. I'm sure that's not even close to what you're dealing with. Maybe pick up a hobby or even volunteer at a hospital or a homeless shelter kitchen or something to keep you occupied.
