What kind of transition are you dealing with or have dealt with?

I'm newly into retirement. It's been a bit rough.

Kind of like a mid life crisis. Trying to figure out life from here on.

My daughter needing me much less and finding her independence. Missing when she was little, accepting the change and having to find other places for my energy to go.

@Notladylike My grand daughter is going on six weeks so tomorrow i ger to watch her for the afternoon for the first time.

@Tastyfrzz That’s an upside to retirement! It’s an adjustment and it’s common to feel depressed. Hopefully it gets easier with time.
