Let's stop sugarcoating wat it really is coz "People" do. If you reconnecting with your ex is it sentimental or disloyalty. It's betrayal dressed up as "just catching up".What if you or myself find us in such a situation. What will the husband or the "wife" do???

My wife has fairly frequent phone conversations with two of her college exes. They aren't secret, but she doesn't necessarily tell me about all of them. They remained friends after she dumped them, and their friendship is still important for her and for them.
