What's something all your ex's have in common?

Good question. Something I came to realize during counseling related to marriage counseling .. they've ~ all been at some degree women w avoidant attachment styles. I'm a higher engagement person and end up carrying more of the work of the relationships. That leads to getting less satisfaction back out of them.

Trying to keep that in mind as I move toward being single again and even in my friendships. Hoping to find stronger, more balanced connections .. which may require me to dial it back some. NGL .. its not easy.
