I'm feeling good

I had to reprice almost everything at the store because Games Workshop put our prices up (I should be clear that GW makes Warhammer and I am an employee of GW). It took me almost 8.5 hours to get new labels onto pretty much everything, starting at 10am and finishing at around 6:20pm after cleaning up the old stickers and reams of paper from the price gun. It means that I get to sleep in tomorrow though. And I did have a lunch break and had a 30 minute phone call for my final counselling appointment. And on top of that I had a bandage change appointment at the hospital at 9am so I was out for nearly 11 hours which is a long time for me.

Sorry, I'm rambling again.

Labels? Can't bar codes be centrally changed and just the shelves marked with the new prices? Forgive my ignorance, but I thought the days of label guns were gone, apart from very small outlets.

I sympathise with your stressful day and having to squeeze in a counselling session while in 'work mode' isn't exactly an optimum context for effectiveness. Enjoy a nice lie in and have a relaxing day afterwards if you can.

@FreddieUK well we still have to have price labels so people can see how much things are. It's more efficient than habing to scan stuff every time someone wants to know a price on something. The computer side of things is handled centrally though so I don't have to worry about that unless something goes wrong.
