I hate the fact I’m terrible at making eye contact
It’s like I instinctively look away from people’s faces, because looking into someone’s eyes make me feel extremely uncomfortable. I need to do better.

Are you by any chance on the spectrum? Because neurodivergent folks like ourselves have a lot of trouble with that, and neurotypicals like to make us feel bad about it.
