I (kinda) haven't realized how much my job has fked me up till now

I can't even draw two straight vertical lines...idk how to explain what happens but smth is messed up in my head - side effects of long stressful hours of work-

Don't stay in any toxic environments :/

My last job made me feel like that. I have no motivation now. It seemed to drain everything out of me.

Toxic environments destroy you. They're so fucking awful. I fight against them all day every day and this is in a safe unionized workplace like... Christ. Working for a living sucks so much for so many people.

@CountScrofula I got bullied out of my last job after picking up almost all of the slack left over from the managers' favorite employee because all he wanted to do was stand around and text for months.

@Nanori oh, that is sad. I lifeguarded one summer at a swim club. It wasn't fun, but easy money at that time.

You might have uncorrected astigmatism.

It can also change its axis.

@SomeMichGuy they don't look crooked, can't keep my hands steady while drawing straight lines, I get badly dizzy sometimes and it gets worse whenever I'm under more pressure from work.

I once walked off the job with over half my coworkers when a manager cussed us off for poor performance, never mind we were constantly doing mandatory overtime on top of 10 hour shifts and were exhausted doing 60 hour shifts in a hot fast paced factory, he was then demanding 7 days a week with only one day off every two weeks.

@Nanori Before he came along we had 8 hours one shift m-f, our turn around order to delivery was ten weeks, he came along he sped up our turn around to three weeks, gave us two 10 hour shifts monday to thursday, but because we weren't making deadlines made it monday to friday, then monday to saturday, quality suffered bad after that, he then made it a two week turnaround and 7 days a week, that's when the walkout happened.

@Nanori When it's a small town and the factory supports that town, and a family to feed, you put up with a lot.
