I'm not trying to be a noodge, I am truly not, but I never feel like that. There's always something to do, some task, some crisis, some opportunity. But in my moments of self doubt I get back to what's real: reach out to friends and family, listen to old music or watch old movies or tv shows.
Some things I'll do...
* Take a book I haven't read in a long time and leaf through it, or watch a movie I haven't seen in a long time. It'll take me back to a younger time.
That may not help you but I hope it does.

I have no idea. Mine has been that way for a while and I just can't get past the chronic pain and anxiety that have been plaguing me for so long.

think about all the things im grateful for, all the people who love me or have shown me love. think about how i can return the favor or be/do that for others. declutter my stuff (out with old/in with the new) maybe change my furniture around or make plans to and go someplace new or different
This usually happens when I get lazy and things start to pile up, like I need to mow the lawn, clean the basement floor, paint the garage, walk the dog, read my book, pay the house insurance.. it gets to be too much and I short circuit.
But then I knock a few of them off, and a few more, and suddenly I am catching up and its all good again.

I just continue doing what I do. I been interested in starting conversations with random people in the streets it's a good distraction.
PiecingBabyFaceTogether · 31-35, M

Take a few days, go on a mini road trip, or go to the lake. Always seems to help.

Sometimes I rather have a boring life to prevent curiosity from trouble seekers or so called friends or woman/ I've been a lone wolf for a long periods of time. Especially the covid pandemic did it for me. me completely cut everyone off, ever since I've been through many BS.

I can’t do anything so I just have to wait for the feeling to pass, unfortunately.

I like being boring, because that term is how others would see it, to me it's anything but boring, and it's like a secret joke only i find funny.
