As i am canning peaches

I am reminded of a mother of one of my early boyfriends who would go to the grocery store in Aug/Sept., and buy a ton of fruits and veggies, then complain about how canning always has to be done at the hottest time of the year.

Um...try buying your supplies in the spring then?
