I've heard people say, "I am not enough."

And I've heard other people say, "I'm more than enough—I'm perfect, and they just don't see it."

I have more respect for the former.

Gotta be a little delusional before it starts vomitting into reality. That's why even when I'm insecure about something I try not talk about it a lot.

@SinlessOnslaught well for one you're breaking free from self ingrained, self limiting behaviours and reactions and replacing them with actions aligned to your desired self. You'll see that in your behaviour with more effective decision-making and healthier relationships.
