I've heard people say, "I am not enough."

And I've heard other people say, "I'm more than enough—I'm perfect, and they just don't see it."

I have more respect for the former.

I don't think it matters. We are what we are and our perception of our value is not going to change that.
Best to accept who we are and enjoy our time here. Plus it's a lot less work

@SinlessOnslaught if we are what we are then we are just as we are supposed to be. So in a way we are perfect the way we are. I just have to be that.
Saying I'm good enough for me imply there is a bar someone or something else set up for me and against which I measure myself.
Its like saying..
"I might not be great, or perfect, of ok, or barely tolerable but by God I am enough.
