Despite this morning being awful I'm still trying.

I don't understand this latency thing on my recording studio. Supposedly there's an automatic test/fix you can perform just with your microphone and speakers but every time I run it, it fails.

Can't record music with latency.

I will keep trying. I feel the slightest bit more determination today than usual. Probably—hopefully—because I've been staying away from alcohol.

I just gotta try not to overthink this depressing and often hopeless world.

I'm grateful for people who have been through way more than me but still see past it and choose to listen to me cry about my problems.

I'm at home. Recording music. I don't need to save the world or even think about the frankly awful and soul crushing things I know are a reality within it.

Just make music for people who are still alive to hear it.

And shut up. Stop whining. Whine in your music.
