I realised that I haven't really hated myself in a while

I'm not going to start now that I've said that. For the longest time I was kind of ambivalent about myself, and to an extent I still am. The difference is that now I'm ambivalent in a positive way instead of in a disinterested negative way. I am who I am, and I'm OK with who I am as a person because I'm kind and sweet and caring and honest. I think the only really negative thing - if it even could be called a negative thing - is that women aren't attracted to me if they can see what I look like. I don't have control over that though so I'm not super worried about it.

Yes, it’s hard for young people. A lot of of them hate themselves… but as regrow and become more mature we tend to love ourselves, and we have thicker skin
