I'm afraid to tell anyone irl that I've been sober for over a week.

Last time I showed even a hint of staying away from alcohol they put more pressure on me than I even have time to describe right now.

I didn’t tell anyone… until people noticed and asked… I simply said “eh, it’s not really doing it for me anymore”

It’s nobody’s business unless you feel like making it so.

Sobriety is a very personal journey, and different for everyone.
