I have a headache today and yesterday.. i tried to have a three day break from my phone but i only lasted one day 😳

I think i have been an internet addict since i was a teen .. my folks used to make me do chores before letting me use the computer .. once i walked all the way to town to use the computers there (it’s like ten miles) 😅
