what can you do if you think you look 'different' or 'odd'

i've had a complex about this all my adult life, about how i look, my appearance....ive never been that confident in myself......i'm now bald, have a moustache, have olive skin, blue eyes but its not just that, i have a complex that my look or features don't look right?

i do see people observing me in public at times and it unnerves me...i feel that there's something not right with how i look...my elderly mum and dad say i look ok that i look just average and you wouldn't pick me out in a crowd....but inwardly i'm not convinced..

anyway, what can you do if you think you look different to most people or look distinct? how can i carry myself when i go out...i have severe anxiety i live with as well.

Well, people DO look at other people at times, but mostly they don't care about you or what you look like.

You have to realize that most people just don't have the energy left inside them to care about how YOU look. So they might glance your way, but the only time they will really notice you is if you are behaving oddly...(like sweating profusely, grimacing, or behaving as though you were VERY nervous!).
