Do I still deserve to see a therapist?

I have self hatred thoughts but no longer suicidal thoughts (or not as frequent as they were). Should I still go to my appointments? (Im waiting to enter for my 2nd)
Sometimes during the day it feels like I'm okay again. So now I feel like I don't deserve to be here... especially when people suffer more.

You deserve it more in them moments. Imagine breaking your arm and waiting longer to be seen by a doctor. Your mental health deserves to be seen just as much.
That being said, you don't even need to be at these boiling points to prioritise yourself
