Do I still deserve to see a therapist?

I have self hatred thoughts but no longer suicidal thoughts (or not as frequent as they were). Should I still go to my appointments? (Im waiting to enter for my 2nd)
Sometimes during the day it feels like I'm okay again. So now I feel like I don't deserve to be here... especially when people suffer more.

It's not a matter of deserving, everyone deserves to see a therapist if they want.

Even though you no longer have suicidal thoughts, they could always return. And, your self-hatred thoughts could be a catalyst to that happening.

So, I think it would be prudent for you to continuing seeing your therapist.
