You don't.
People look.
Kids do it even more.
Its nothing.
Its not personal. Its not any sort of special attention, it just is.
I used to be quite obese and had an exreme case of acne. It was pretty repulsive.
I had people stare at me a lot.
Even had little kids ask their mum if i was a witch.
You get over it.
Move on.
We get something like 80% of the information from our environment by looking. Same with assessing people.
Humans are visual creatures.
Its what we do🤷♀

I’m a wheelchair user so I get gawked at a lot lol. Just ignore it and go about what I’m doing. Or sometimes I will greet them and that really throws them off ahaha

Smiling always works. Sometimes they turn away. Others briefly want to chat. I stop and give them time.

I guess I don't really pay attention as to if people are looking at me or not. It wouldn't bother me if they were though.
I smile and say hi.

Look straight ahead and walk with purpose, as if you are going to an important meeting or an exciting date.
People look at each other in public. It's usually curiosity and nothing more.

Ignore them. Don't even look at them
