For all practical purposes, I'm a misanthrope. I have very little faith in people and expect disappointment without needing much impetus to.
I know that there's dignity and pro-social values within people, but I also know that inherent stupidity, laziness, apathy, and selfishness can easily erase those virtues and make them liabilities.
At the end of the day, I'd rather be alone. Everything I've seen leads me to believe that people rarely ever come through when they're supposed to
