Sometimes I get burnt out worrying about people's feelings.

I really do care. I see the good in people like a naive twat.

I've learned I need to be responsible for myself though. The hurt and disappointment, it's still my reaction, my responsibility. There are no heroes. Even with all the good intentions in my heart, I'm no hero either.

I think I end up the villain for trying anyway.

We look for positive so we can remain positive but all too often the positive in others is out done by their negativity. If I’m true to myself then there is no sense in worrying about other’s feelings. Worry will burn you out.

@ScreamingFox The powers that be have managed to break it down and make it every person for themselves. So yes, we’re manipulating each other to our own detriment.
