Do you ever have people telling you that you need to learn how to say 'no'?

Within two days, three people told me this. What's so wrong with trying to please people by saying yes?

There's nothing wrong with helping others, as long as you're not stretching yourself too thin; neglecting your own needs or responsibilities. Those who tell you that may worry that others take advantage of your kindness.

I have had a tendency to tell people my personal past too much and people hope I'm the most understanding to tell their personal past to. Though certain traumatic experiences just make me feel all of their pain and I don't how to relate, so I cannot really process what they are sharing. Making the assumption that you can be all things to all people can feel destructive if you don't set boundaries.

See so u don't have issue u just choose not to only u know your limits one of the biggest problems with the Society nowadays as people are moving too fast to help their neighbor because they're afraid of being taken advantage of if you don't mind then what does it matter help if you have time and ability be the bigger person
