What do you look for in a partner?

Someone who is loyal and selfless to a fault. He's my Superman but he is also vulnerable when i need him to be my Clark Kent. He keeps me on this pedestal even when i feel that i don't deserve to be on it and when i mention it, he only lifts me higher. I can hear his laugh even when i'm not with him. Just interacting with him, being in his space makes me feel like i'm looking into a mirror. Because i am his rib i feel like i am the female version of him. We think alike, share the same experiences, and everyday feels like we are discovering something both new and something that is familiar, because we are one and the same! He is what I've always looked for in a partner even before i knew he existed, it was always him.
