@MaBalzEsHari You mean you don't enjoy talking on the phone to somebody with an accent so thick you could cut it with a knife, who is quite clearly reading from a script rather than thinking for themselves?

@LordShadowfire I know what you mean but to its credit my broadband supplier, BT, does have very good help staff. We need them because its own "help" web-site - including a so-called "users' forum" and so-called "frequently asked questions" - is atrocious; far more hindrance than help.
I will say too, I am lucky enough for my bank still to have a local branch staffed by real people who do give good service.
