When I woke up after sleeping like the dead for EIGHT whole hours, and breathing through my mouth, my mouth and throat were as dry as the Sahara. One of my wrists, (the one with the ganglion on it) was so horribly painful that the wrist felt broken, and my knee on the opposite side felt as though it was swollen.

NOW that I am feeling slightly better, I feel slightly nauseated from taking all my vitamins on an empty stomach, and my nose is running.

YEEHAW!!!! That's a 10 at least!!!! 🤣🤣🤣
