Closeness with nature always helps bring a sense of inner peace. Happiness is an overall state that does require a choice on some level. An openness to feel.

Recover my happiness? I haven't seen it in ages. The best I can attempt at is being content.
I wait it out, sleep more, sometimes there's nothing I can do. If it's sunny I try to sunbath. That usually helps.
