Do you ever speak of the worst of your life to anyone at all ?

Online or a mental health professional? I myself keep strong discretion in that area . Most people see my best face. I always have a smile as I genuinely love people . But some things will only harm you more if you put them out I think . Some things are meant for our own shadow and to work out with our own higher self and God.
