I've never not felt alive.. i have wanted to rip my head off tho during an episode of cluster headache migraine type things 😬😳 or do you mean more alive like Exhilarated?

@YoMomma i get bad headaches ever so often so i listen to relaxing music and turn on some lights over my bed and that usually works, i just have to relax and im good
