Posture Really Does Matter

When you're out and about in public. Stand up straight, and walk like the Earth is yours. Don't just walk - strut!
You'll notice a difference right away. If you drag your feet, look at the ground and develop a hunchback, you won't be noticed, and people won't even look at you. You'll just be another bug on the pavement.
Strut like a model on the catwalk, and people will notice and respect you; they'll want to BE like you.
And if anyone gives you a funny look, like they're challenging you, just stare right back! Let them know you're not intimidated.

I just learned not to care... But being confident at times can be useful!

Great advice...

I don't want to be noticed and am not about to strut, but I will stand up straight, and stare right back, if necessary

@seaglass A reasonable compromise for someone who doesn't want unwanted attention.

This is something I consciously do whenever I am somewhere new and or busy.

You say that like it's a bad thing. 😅

@CrazyMusicLover I’ve often found when walking through the old cobblestone streets while in Europe, you had to be be constantly looking up and down or you trip or bang into someone or something though 🤦🏼‍♂😅
It does put added stress on the back to 😳

@Yourwildestdreams We don't even think about it. 😆

@CrazyMusicLover Same as us walking on snow and ice 🧊 😅. Well not so much now , I don’t want to break anything 😳

But if you develop a hunchback people will definitely notice, assuming that something must be wrong with the back.
