What would you do differently if you could start over?

I wish that I would have spent less time on trying to make others happy or worrying about what others think of me. I wish I spoke up more and advocated for my needs.

I'm trying to do this more in my 30s.

I wish I stayed away the first time I ran away. I wish I became selfish and focused on loving myself instead of seeking love and approval outside of myself.

@SW-User that’s a good one! How many times did u run away? How old were you?

@John628 12 the first time, I finally got away a month before I was 17. A lifetime of damage already done, been working in healing ever since.
