Woohoo! Just got my first audit in my new department, which only covered my first 3 days of independent work. The goal after three months AFTER
training is 85% work with no errors, or higher.
I was at 92% my first 3 days..and a lot of the errors were bc the training materials weren't completely updated, so I was following existing training steps.
My trainer said that some seasoned agents are at 60%, and said she was stoked by my #'s. The goal for verifications a day is 55, and I did 74 yesterday!
I now know what to do in most scenarios, and I am so stoked! My previous dept supervisor made me legit question if I am even an intelligent personnnn-nuhhh.
Have been uber frustrated that the agents that back-filled my old position keep coming to me with questions though. I have directed them to speak to my new supervisor or trainer to get permission before reaching out to me, and they are resisting that.
Today, predictably, my old supervisor made one of the back-filling agents wait hours before her response..and by the time she did respond, he didn't TELL ME he was sharing his SCREEN (his status was green on Teams, so I still don't know how tf this happened)...
In those messages, I had said that she <didn't use her name> is the worst..and how she will tell u to ask questions in meetings, then not answer them when asked. He said she didn't seem to read them but he is unsure.
I told him that if he has further questions and she won't help..he will need to go higher in HIS DEPARTMENT. After all, he wouldn't help me when I tried to get her out!!!
