Am I even alive?

If I don’t have anyone around me
Or go out and meet people
I just feel like I don’t exist

I feel like that most of the time, even when I'm around people like my co workers and stuff. I don't know why I exist or feel like I have a purpose in my life. I just pass the time as days pass by.
