anxiety really is like an elastic band.
i was starting to get a little more comfortable around people when i was actively going to college. but now that i'm on a gap year and haven't been leaving the house again, i've noticed i have regressed to how i was before.
hopefully i can use this as a learning experience. to help me realize that i need to keep pushing if i want to live a normal life, and that i can't just retreat into my room and hide away for months if something doesn't go well.
