In this busy world, how do you break away from the hustle and recharge?

I find that even when I do take breaks, the effect is gone as soon as I hit the grind again. It’s like a nagging desire to just stop and surrender.

I was rarely in the busy part of the world.. but then I'm a slacker 😅 gotta work hard to have a nice life.. out there..

@Rumination yeah the mad rush high stress way isn't my style but thats what some people do to have money.. i'm broke 😂 i guess balance is good..

@YoMomma I tried to warn my kids to not chase anything. Fill throttle to buy the house you need; not want and hit cruise control… spend your money on experiences; not things
