In this busy world, how do you break away from the hustle and recharge?
I find that even when I do take breaks, the effect is gone as soon as I hit the grind again. It’s like a nagging desire to just stop and surrender.

As for stress and hustle, I swim against the tide, keep my requirements simple and low, share my thoughts & feelings with friends who understand me, and go for walks, tour the hills & seaside, read books, and look at my limitations, enjoy fun & jokes.

@Domking I feel like that’s where I’ve gone wrong, twice in my life. I strive for the life I want and when I get here, it’s not what I want at all. All my time is dictated by the schedule of those around me
