Going to slow down on here for a bit...

Not feeling very good since last night.

Don't think I have been this sick in decades. Every joint and muscle in my body hurts now. 😞

@mysteryespresso think it's over with. Have been able to eat twice now and it stayed down.

Just last night it was really bad. Nearly passed out in the bathroom. Had to sit on the floor for a while just to get my balance.

This has happened before, yet years ago and not quite as bad.
