something i've noticed.

these days i usually don't sleep before 5AM. my brain only really starts to tire out when the sun starts to come up. i think sleeping whilst people are starting to get up and do stuff is quite comforting. i have this weird tendency to convince myself that the world is ending when i'm laying in bed, its dark and late at night. so i guess hearing people talk and move around the house lets me breath a little. maybe it helps me feel less alone in a certain way.

Doesn't the sound of people doing things make you wake-up though, during the day? Also don't you miss going out in daylight, to say, the beach, or walking in the forest?
I totally get the dark thing, I love the dark myself, it is comforting to be invisible, but in the day, the feeling of the sunshine, and the trees, and life, is amazing too.

@JamesBugman i'm already not very fond of going outside. i just recently stayed in my house for over a month. daylight makes me sad personally. it's nothing but a bitter reminder of how things were when i was a kid.

as for getting woken up, it happens. but only if someone actually walks into my room or makes a loud sound near my door. so i'm usually fine to sleep the day away.

@looping It does sound as though you are hiding from something. The stuff that happened to you as a kid, you can't let that rule your life forever, you need to expand and grow. See things, do things, enjoy this life you were given by some chance of fate, it is a beautiful thing.

@JamesBugman very much so. i have a lot of problems that i'm currently not strong enough to face. hopefully one day i will be.

@looping I would give you some of mine if I could. Pull you out of that mud pit and show you the world is amazing, and so are you.
