what is the most underrated movie in your opinion?

One that I really liked that many others did not, was the version of Popeye with Robin Williams and Shelley Duvall. It was one of the first ones, long before Batman and endless Marvel movies, to use live actors in a way that looked almost as if it were animated. Shelley Duvall had an uncanny resemblance to Olive Oyl. And I like the fact that the songs were sung (intentionally) with imperfect voices, which made it seem kind of sweet and real.
