Wonder Woman, Princess Diana of the Amazons, came from the Island Themyscira, home of the Amazons. They are an all-female race. Their island is a paradise. Wonder Woman was created by being sculpted from clay by her mother Queen Hippolyta. The Amazons don't need biological reproduction. They seemed to get along fine without men.
