What makes a person 'crazy' to you?

Using his fame to run for an office he has no qualifications for. Spinning nearly all his publicly expressed opinions 180 degrees, less than four years after records show him expressing them.. Repeatedly going on Twitter to write nasty bullying BS for the slightest criticism of his thoughts or deeds.

someone who doest care what others feel about him..n does whatevr he/she wants too..evn though he/she knows its not normal.. :P XD m one of those ppl
