Something I don't like about myself is that inability to "let go"

It's tough and hard for me not imposible cause at some point I end up doing it ... but yeah.
Like part of me is quite loyal that even if things aren't going well, if i care i don't like ending with bad terms. Abruptly is like a long agonize for me. But sometimes things happen and people grow apart, I know that, but that's only with very few people that I become like that.

On the opposite with some other people I'm cold, and don't have a problem if I don't see them again ever, cut ties and that's it. Anyway I don't like conflict. But will always defend myself when needed.

And with others I care about them... But quietly. Or from a distance..

To me this is the most important part. After being in love and going through such a difficult heartbreak, i find this to be so important. Stand up for yourself and your heart. You'll thank yourself later.
