do brightly lit rooms get on your neverous system?

What bugs me is Target. They polish those white tile floors to a high sheen and it makes it way too bright. This has been a problem for many decades. My daughter was about 4 years old and we were in Target and she tripped and fell and blamed it on the shiny floors.

Yes, I'm fairly light sensitive. At home, I'm picky about my lighting. I still use incandescent daylight bulbs for the colour spectrum they cast. I, generally, prefer lower lit environments unless I'm doing something that needs attention, of course.

I like either bright natural sunlight or dim, cozy artificial light.
